From the Hook parish records (FMP) we find that George Clark was born c.1797. He married Elizabeth COLLINSON at Hook on 25th April 1822. In 1851 the couple were living in Church lane, Hook. George's occupation was given as 'Farmer'.
George was buried on 21st June 1860, aged 62 years. On the burial record his name is recorded as CLARKE.
